The Official In Search of Israeli Cuisine Food Tour
The first question at every screening is, “Do you organize tours?”
Oh, yeah! We’re working with Via Sabra, the company that set us up during filming. And, they don’t just do culinary tours.
Yes! Florentine Films is partnering with Avihai Tsabari, the culinary guide of the film (he's in two scenes) and his company Via Sabra, to organize these customized, OFFICIAL food tours in Israel. Join an insider's adventure: meet the chefs, eat at their restaurants, discuss the issues with experts, and more. Or, let us customize a tour for your family or group, which we've done for Temple Emanuel in New York, a group inSan Francisco, the Santa Fe Jewish Film Festival and more.
Guests will visit many of the restaurants, street food vendors, markets, wineries, cheese makers, farms, even ancient ruins where we filmed and even take cooking classes. You’ll sample the best of Israel’s culinary landscape. Chefs, writers, and journalists featured in the film will meet participants in intimate settings to discuss Israeli Cuisine, the dynamic food scene, it’s history and future.
